Refund Policy – Padma Buy

We maintain a transparent refund system to ensure fairness for both customers and business.

💰 Refund Eligibility

Refund is applicable only if:

• Product is out of stock after order confirmation
• Replacement is not available
• Customer received a defective or wrong product (verified case)

⏱ Refund Processing Time

• Refund will be processed within 72 hours (3 working days) after product verification
• It may take additional time depending on payment method

💳 Refund Method

• Refund will be sent through the original payment method (bKash or others)
• In some cases, alternative methods may be used based on agreement

🚚 Delivery Charge Policy

• If issue is from Padma Buy → Delivery charge will be refunded
• If customer changes mind → Delivery charge will NOT be refunded

⚠️ Important Notes

• Advance payment (৳200) is strictly non-refundable in case of order cancellation
• Any cashback, discount, or gift item will be adjusted during refund
• Partial refund may be applied in special cases
