🟢 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or broken
• You received a wrong item
• The product has a major mismatch with the description

• Please check the product in front of the delivery person
• If any issue is found, return it immediately

📌 If you accept the delivery, you must provide an unboxing video for any damage claim.

• Used, damaged, or mishandled by the customer
• Product without original packaging, box, or accessories
• Discounted, offer, or clearance products

🔄 Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved:

• The product will be replaced with the same item
• If the product is not available, an alternative or exchange option will be provided

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The product is out of stock
• Replacement is not possible

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

• If the issue is from our side → Padma Buy will bear the return delivery cost
• If the issue is from the customer side → Return will not be accepted

📌 For exchanges, the customer must bear the delivery charge.

To be eligible for return:

• Must include original packaging, box, and accessories
• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required
